First try solution N from here Disable "Burn with Nero" in DVD Shrink preferences.Change the Backup Target to Hard Disc Folder, then if you don't get that error you can backup and manually burn with NeroIf that doesn't work, clean the disc completely. You may even try solution B or C from that FAQ.B. Try to clean the disc with toothpaste????C. Go back to your shop and exchange it.Rip disc again. You may have to keep ripping the disc until it works. Try ripping with a different drive if you have another or a different computer. Try all the other solutions.Try these solutions also
